Position : Business Data Analyst Location: Plano, TX Hybrid: 2 days a week for now but eventually it can be 4 days a week(M/T). Duration: 12+ Months (Contract) Who We Are Our Analytics team focuses on generating actionable insights by leveraging data and applying effective data storytelling. We empower the organization to make informed, data-driven decisions that positively impact customers, employees, and overall business performance.

What We’re Looking For We are seeking a detail-oriented and analytical professional who can translate complex data into meaningful insights. The ideal candidate is skilled in data analysis, problem-solving, and communication, with a strong ability to tell compelling stories using data. What You’ll Be Doing Identify and understand business needs, uncovering the key questions that drive meaningful analysis Use SQL and Python to extract, clean, and organize data for analysis Analyze data to evaluate both quantitative and qualitative impacts of potential business decisions Develop actionable recommendations supported by data insights Present findings through clear storytelling using PowerPoint, Tableau, and written/verbal communication Create effective data visualizations to support decision-making Collaborate with cross-functional stakeholders to implement solutions and measure outcomes Key Skills & Qualifications Proficiency in SQL and Python Experience with data visualization tools such as Tableau Strong analytical and problem-solving skills Excellent communication and data storytelling abilities Ability to work collaboratively with diverse teams Attention to detail and a results-driven mindset
