The Healthy Mind and Wellness Counseling Clinic is seeking a dedicated and licensed Marriage and Family Therapist (LMFT) to join our innovative team. As part of our outpatient office, the successful candidate will have the flexibility to work from home, allowing for a balanced work-life integration. Our clinic fosters a dynamic, team-oriented atmosphere where collaboration and professional growth are encouraged. You'll work alongside a proficient Child Family Treatment Team, including other mental health professionals, to ensure kids receive the best care tailored to their individual needs.

• Conduct individual and group therapy sessions either in the comfort of patients' homes or at our remote outpatient center, ensuring accessibility and comfort for all clients.
• Implement evidence-based therapies focused on anger management, coping strategies, social skills development, and reducing high-risk behaviors such as self-injurious behavior (SIB) and physical aggression.
• Empower families by enhancing decision-making skills that help manage behavioral challenges effectively in a home setting.
• Collaborate consistently with the Child Family Treatment Team and other professionals to create a holistic support system for both the youth and their caregivers.
• Maintain accurate and timely documentation including intakes, treatment plans, and progress notes in accordance with established guidelines.
• Participate in monthly meetings to review progress, share insights, and contribute recommendations for service improvements.

This role focuses on a diverse group of children aged 3-20 who face developmental and intellectual disabilities, along with their families. You will have the chance to work closely with caregivers, providing them with support, education, and resources to help their children thrive. The goal is to create an environment where every child can flourish, regardless of their challenges.

• A Master's degree in Counseling, Family Therapy, or a related field is required.
• An active and unrestricted LMFT license is essential for this role.
• Availability for a minimum of 5-10 hours per week during after-school hours (4-7 PM), with weekend flexibility considered a plus.
• Valid driver's license and access to a registered vehicle for travel to client sessions is required.
• Must pass a criminal background check that includes fingerprinting.

• Experience formulating and implementing positive behavior support strategies in therapy settings.
• Prior experience working directly with children aged 3-20, particularly those with intellectual and developmental disabilities, is highly valued.

The annual salary for this position ranges from USD 60,000 to 80,000, commensurate with experience and qualifications. Benefits include:
