Job description

Starting Salary: $56,000 per year

Ready to make an impact and lead an incredible team? As our Program Manager, you'll be the heartbeat of the program - guiding staff, shaping services, and helping create a therapeutic environment where young people can truly thrive.

If you're the kind of person who can keep a team inspired, a schedule on track, and a youthcentered space running smoothly... keep reading. This might be your next calling.

What You'll Be Doing

  • Leading the team - You'll provide direct supervision to program staff and make sure services are delivered with excellence.
  • Creating a therapeutic environment - You'll monitor the milieu to ensure every youth's treatment plan is supported with care and consistency.
  • Keeping communication flowing - You'll help departments stay connected and collaborate with outside agencies when needed.
  • Owning documentation & development - You'll oversee paperwork, support program growth, and help us evolve in meaningful ways.

If you're nodding along, you're already halfway there.

What You'll Need to Bring

  • A bachelor's degree plus two years of experience in a childcaring facility
  • Leadership skills that inspire, mentor, and motivate
  • Selfstarter energy - someone who can run with tasks and meet timelines independently
  • Flexibility to support the needs of the program and the youth we serve
  • A valid driver's license

All persons applying for these positions must be willing and able to perform "Safe Crisis Management", a technique used to restrain or transport a resident who has temporarily lost control of their behavior. Maryhurst provides extensive training opportunities for all employees who will have direct contact with the clients.

What We Believe

At Maryhurst, diversity, equity, inclusion, and belonging aren't buzzwords - they're the foundation of who we are. We celebrate every colleague's unique identity, whether it's ability, orientation, ethnicity, faith, or gender.

This is a place where you can show up as you - fully, authentically, unapologetically. And we're committed to making sure everyone else can do the same.

Our core values - Mercy, Reconciliation, Individual Worth, and Zeal - guide everything we do. If those resonate with you, you'll feel right at home.
