Outpatient Physical Therapist - Cambridge, MA
New-Grad Friendly Full-Time (40 hours/week)
Base Salary: $90,000-$100,000
Total Compensation: $95,000-$120,000
(commensurate with certifications, experience, bonuses, and performance incentives)

What You'll Do
  • Conduct patient evaluations and build individualized treatment plans.
  • Provide hands-on therapy and meaningful patient education.
  • Communicate consistently with patients, physicians, and care teams.
  • Maintain accurate documentation and progress notes.
  • Collaborate with clinicians and support staff to deliver exceptional care.

What You Bring
  • Active (or in-progress) state PT license.
  • Strong clinical judgment and clear communication skills.
