We are seeking a Talend Developer  to join our team.

Snowflake, ETL, Talend, SQL, Python, PySpark
• Does the resource have to be Local: Preferred
• Is industry experience needed for this role and why? Retail is preferred
Responsibilities:
Strong experience in MicroStrategy application development
- Experience in Report and dashboard development (grids, graphs, scorecards)
- Creating MicroStrategy objects - metrics, filters, prompts, templates, consolidations, transformations, and custom groups
- Implementing application lifecycle management by copying and comparing application, schema, and configuration objects using MicroStrategy Object Manager
- Experience in SQL and query optimization
- Data modelling experience in designing the semantic layer, schema layer, and dimension modeling
- Star schema and snowflake schema design
- Advanced skills in development of attributes, facts, dimensions, transformations, grids, and dashboards
- Dynamic dashboards and scorecards
- KPI visualizations and trend analysis
- MicroStrategy REST API usage
- Integration with data sources (databases, flat files, cloud data warehouses like Snowflake, Redshift)
- Python, Java, or R for extended data processing
- Strong analytical abilities, problem-solving, attention to detail, and effective communication for collaborating with   business users
