Shift Into Your New Role as a Service Advisor:
Kings Toyota has a rare opening for a Service Advisor. This position is responsible for selling repairs and related goods and services, handling warranty concerns, and waiting on customers in person as well as on the telephone. Applicant must be able to multi-task, display good communication skills, and be a team-oriented individual with a positive commitment to customer satisfaction. Our dealership is very busy and therefore requires an individual who is detail-oriented and functions well in a fast-paced environment on a daily basis.
This position offers income opportunities not found in most other industries. Individuals with attention to detail, great customer service skills, and a warm personality can do very well as a Service Advisor.
Qualifications to Drive Your Career Forward:
  • Current / recent experience as a Service Advisor at any level OR auto experience in areas such as express lube, customer service, vehicle repair, or sales
  • Proven ability to multi-task per past employment
  • Good computer skill set; able to work in CDK system daily with training
  • High school graduate; college a plus
  • Satisfactory employment references
  • Pass background check
