Schedule: M-F 8a-4:30p | on-call rotation

As a Home Health Registered Nurse (RN) Case Manager, you will lead and manage patient care from admission through discharge-bringing clinical expertise, compassion, and coordination to every interaction. RN Case Manager Qualifications
  • Graduate from an approved school of professional nursing
  • One (1) year of experience as an RN
  • Licensed to practice as a registered nurse in Mississippi
  • Must possess and maintain valid CPR certification while employed in a clinical role
  • Must be a licensed driver with an automobile that is insured in accordance with state and/or organization requirements and is in good working order. Ability to travel to all business locations.
