Your attention to detail, customer service skills, and desire to help people make you a fit. You will enhance your career while resolving customer inquiries, coordinating with other agency team members, and anticipating the needs of the community members you support. We anticipate internal growth opportunities for especially driven and sales-minded candidates.

Qualifications:

About Our Agency:

Our agency opened in July 2014 and currently has two team members who play an essential role in helping our customers protect what matters most. Before becoming a State Farm agent, I worked as a bar manager and bartenderโ€”an experience that taught me the value of strong communication, multitasking, and building genuine connections with people. My wife, who worked as a team member in a State Farm agency, encouraged me to take the leap into agency ownership, and it's been one of the best decisions I've made. I'm a graduate of Chapman University, a husband, and a proud father of four. Family is at the heart of everything I do, and I strive to create that same balance and sense of belonging within our office. We offer a supportive environment with a strong focus on work-life balance and growth. Our team members have access to a 401(k) with a 3% company match, a health insurance stipend, a life insurance policy, licensing reimbursement, and uncapped commission opportunities. We also provide training and mentorship to help our team build confidence and succeed in their roles. To keep the office energized and connected, we provide coffee and an espresso machine, stocked snacks, and occasional team lunches to celebrate wins and milestones. Our office culture is friendly, collaborative, and people-centered. We're looking for someone who is fun, vibrant, motivated, and excited to grow. The ideal team member is responsible, coachable, reliable, honest, and brings a strong work ethic to everything they do. If you enjoy helping others and want to be part of a positive, supportive team, you'll feel right at home here. Compensation: $50,000.00 - $60,000.00 per year.

State Farm agents are independent contractors who hire their own employees. State Farm agents' employees are not employees of State Farm. Agents are responsible for and make all employment decisions regarding their employees.
