About Our Family

We are a busy family of four with two young boys, a cat, and two parents who work in demanding medical careers. Between our professional responsibilities and active family life, our days move quickly, and we're looking for someone who can help create the structure and consistency that allows our home to run effortlessly.

Our home is warm, welcoming, and health-conscious. We value kindness, professionalism, initiative, and clear communication. Our family appreciates someone who takes genuine pride in creating an organized, well-functioning home, is naturally proactive, and finds satisfaction in making life easier for others.

More than anything, we're looking for a trusted partner who will become an integral part of our household. By taking ownership of the details behind the scenes, you'll create the space for us to be fully present with our children when the work day ends. We truly value the difference this role makes in our family's everyday life and are excited to welcome someone who finds fulfillment in helping a family thrive.

Who You Are / What We're Looking For

We're looking for someone who takes genuine pride in creating order, anticipating needs, and helping a household run at its very best. You're naturally organized, dependable, and self-motivated, with a calm, positive presence that puts others at ease. Above all, you're someone a family can trust completely, with the integrity, good judgment, and consistency to become a valued part of their daily life.

You're also someone who enjoys making healthy family life a little easier. You're comfortable planning simple, nourishing meals, shopping thoughtfully, and preparing dinners that both parents and children will enjoy. Whether your experience comes from professionally managing private households or from running a busy household of your own, you understand the countless details that keep a home functioning smoothly. You value quality over busyness, take pride in your work, and find fulfillment in knowing that your support gives a family more time to focus on what matters most.
