Shift:

6am-4:30pm Monday-Thursday


Essential Functions

  1. Time and quality-oriented processing of all material to repack in the assigned area.
  2. Execution of tasks and processes according to training manuals and work instructions
  3. Check for damages of material in the container before packing
  4. Escalation of deviations
  5. Miscellaneous tasks as assigned by management in accordance with skill level.
Requirements:

Job Requirements

  • Complete a true and accurate employment application (no omissions or falsifications). 
  • Successfully pass a required drug screen and comply with the company's drug-free workplace policy. 
  • Successfully pass a criminal background check per Schnellecke standards. 
  • Ability to stand and remain on your feet for the entire shift. 
  • Frequently walk throughout the warehouse during the shift. 
  • Regularly lift, carry, push, and pull containers weighing 30–50 pounds.
  • Perform repetitive lifting, bending, reaching, twisting, squatting, and overhead movements throughout the shift. 
  • Work in a fast-paced warehouse environment while meeting productivity and quality expectations. 
  • Comfortable working in a warehouse environment that may become hot and humid, particularly during warmer months. 
  • Ability to safely perform physically demanding work for 10-hour shifts, including overtime as needed. 
  • Must wear required personal protective equipment (PPE) and follow all safety procedures.
