We are a Medicaid approved Home health care agency seeking a part time contracted Registered Nurse to assess patients for private duty skilled nursing at home. This nurse will do on site assessment and supervisory visits of skilled nurses. Currently looking for a nurse for two clients in the Adairesville area. Competitive pay and negotiable. Please submit salary requirements. Nurse will create plans of care and manage patient records remotely. Makes monthly home visits to patients to check on progress and report any decline in health to the agency and Doctor. Immediate opening. SIGN ON BONUS OFFERED.  Pediatric care experience preferred.
