Familiarity with electronic health record (EHR) systems, coding software (such as ICD-10 and CPT), and secure remote access platforms is typically required. Attention to detail, strong analytical skills, and self-motivation are crucial soft skills for accurately reviewing charts and meeting productivity goals while working independently.
