Class: Part-Time, Seasonal

Reports to: Director of Game Production & Partnership Activation

Summary:

The Wisconsin Herd is seeking individuals with upbeat attitudes who are interested in creating memorable experiences for fans during the 2026-27 season at home games and community events. The ideal candidates are hardworking with outstanding work ethics who enjoy being part of a team. Previous sports experience is not required but is a plus!

Responsibilities

  • Help set up and take down Herd assets at Oshkosh Arena.
  • Greet fans and distribute programs and giveaways as fans enter Oshkosh Arena.
  • Prepare props and gather contestants to execute on-court promotions.
  • Engage fans throughout the game by leading chants, throwing t-shirts, and more.
  • Share pocket schedules throughout the Fox Valley.
  • Work community events such as Court of Dreams games, Run with the Herd 5K, and more.
  • Collaborate with all departments, including Ticket Sales, Business Operations, Marketing, Public Relations and Community Relations to successfully host crowds of 3,000+.

Qualifications

  • Prior experience within other sports teams, athletic departments, or event organization is a plus!
  • Ability to work in partnership with a team in a fast-paced environment
  • Willingness to work multiple roles to help the team
  • Positive attitude and strong work ethic
  • Analytical skills and strong attention to details
  • Ability to work all Wisconsin Herd home games, including weekends and holidays, and potential community events
