Job description

Team Leaders must delegate, train, and monitor the progress of all associates and all facets of the Home Décor, Gift, Homeware and indoor plant categories. The primary responsibilities of in-store leadership are to oversee sales, daily work flow strategies, ensuring customers receive the highest level of customer service, merchandising product, upholding store policies and safety procedures, supporting management in daily operations and team members' personal development.

The ideal candidate will have a passion for home décor, gifts, interior décor, indoor plants, cooking and gardening with at least 1 year of previous retail leadership experience. SPRIG offers a career path and opportunity to grow and advance.

The ability to lift 50 pounds consistently, and to stand and walk for up to 8 hours during shift are required.
