Job Title: Administrative Assistant / Data Entry Associate
Location: Nashville, TN (100% Onsite)
Duration: 3-Month Contract
Pay Rate: $21–$23/hour (W2)
About the Role
We are seeking a detail-oriented and organized Administrative/Data Entry Associate to join a leading global organization on a 3-month contract. This is an excellent opportunity for professionals with administrative or data entry experience who thrive in a fast-paced environment and have strong Microsoft Office skills.
Key Responsibilities
- Accurately enter, update, and maintain data in internal systems and databases.
- Review information for completeness and accuracy, identifying and correcting discrepancies.
- Create, update, and manage spreadsheets, documents, and reports using Microsoft Office.
- Organize files, records, and documentation while maintaining confidentiality.
- Provide administrative support to internal teams as needed.
- Communicate effectively with cross-functional teams to ensure timely completion of tasks.
- Prioritize multiple assignments and meet deadlines in a dynamic work environment.
Required Qualifications
- Minimum of 1 year of administrative or data entry experience.
- Proficiency in Microsoft Word, Excel, and PowerPoint.
- Strong attention to detail with excellent organizational skills.
- Effective verbal and written communication skills.
- Ability to work efficiently in a fast-paced, changing environment.
- Comfortable working onsite in Nashville, TN for the duration of the assignment.
Preferred Qualifications
- Experience handling large volumes of data with a high degree of accuracy.
- Strong customer service mindset and ability to collaborate with internal stakeholders.
- Ability to manage multiple priorities while maintaining quality and accuracy.
