Job Title: Administrative Assistant / Data Entry Associate

Location: Nashville, TN (100% Onsite)

Duration: 3-Month Contract

Pay Rate: $21–$23/hour (W2)


About the Role

We are seeking a detail-oriented and organized Administrative/Data Entry Associate to join a leading global organization on a 3-month contract. This is an excellent opportunity for professionals with administrative or data entry experience who thrive in a fast-paced environment and have strong Microsoft Office skills.


Key Responsibilities

  • Accurately enter, update, and maintain data in internal systems and databases.
  • Review information for completeness and accuracy, identifying and correcting discrepancies.
  • Create, update, and manage spreadsheets, documents, and reports using Microsoft Office.
  • Organize files, records, and documentation while maintaining confidentiality.
  • Provide administrative support to internal teams as needed.
  • Communicate effectively with cross-functional teams to ensure timely completion of tasks.
  • Prioritize multiple assignments and meet deadlines in a dynamic work environment.


Required Qualifications

  • Minimum of 1 year of administrative or data entry experience.
