WHAT YOU GET TO DO

  • Develop an advanced understanding of beverage manufacturing and distribution process.
  • Ensure prompt correspondence to all forms of consumer communications.
  • Reconcile wholesale distributor defective product claims.
  • Issue product reimbursement to consumers as necessary.
  • Work closely with internal Operations Team, co-packers, and warehouses to resolve issues impacting customer satisfaction.
  • Compile complaint data and share trends with internal staff.
  • Maintain monthly scorecard data for each Contract Manufacturer
  • Identify sources of product defects and participate in root cause identification and corrective actions.
  • Participate in the validation of Supplier Corrective Action Requests (SCARs).
  • Be the first interaction with any telephone, email and online customer inquiries.

WHAT WE EXPECT FROM YOU

  • Two years of experience in a role that is directly responsible for consumer satisfaction.
  • Previous experience working directly with product consumers is preferred.
  • Previous experience using JotForm or other Quality Assurance software is preferred.
  • Valid driver's license, insurance, and satisfactory driving record required.
  • Impeccable written communication skills.
  • Willingness to grow and take on new responsibilities as needed.
  • This position requires reliable transportation and the ability to travel up to 15% of the time.

This full-time, 40-hour per week role is Monday through Friday and offers a flexible hybrid schedule, with two days working from home and three days working in the office each week.
