Answer incoming calls from customers needing assistance in a variety of areas
Fulfill customer service functions
Answer questions, give explanation, and solve problems for customers
Complete special projects as assigned
College degree or high school education with relevant work experience preferred
Previous banking experience not required, but strongly recommended
One year sales experience and two years service experience preferred
Ability to learn a great deal of information in a short time
Great deal of initiative to sell and cross-sell products
Possess the flexibility to accept and help promote changes
Excellent problem solving and analytical skills
