Job description

This position is responsible for the overall management of vehicle titles and any documents related to the processing of vehicle titles on all total loss claims where branding of the title is required.
This position will provide quality assurance oversight on all titles and documents received from all clients in the finalization of the total loss claim process.
This position will be responsible for all research related to state specific title processing and vehicle total loss threshold guidelines.
Upon completing research and review, this position will ensure that claims leadership and adjusting staff are educated on all state rules and that all reference materials are completely updated and maintained as changes occur.Job Duties and Responsibilities:

Quality Assurance Review of Title Documents(45%)

Quality assurance approval of all state specific vehicle titles to ensure accuracy

Quality assurance approval of all lender specific title documents to ensure accuracy

Ensure that all titles and documents are always kept securely

Return re-branded title documents and other documents as needed to clients

Compliance and Regulation (30%)

Send correspondence to state motor vehicle office in which vehicle titles need to be re-branded as salvage

Ensure accuracy, at 100%, all correspondence being sent to state motor vehicle offices

Understand and review state specific guidelines related to the title conversion of "total loss" vehicles

Communicate state specific guidelines and information to lenders, vendors and Allied Solutions employees

Maintain and keep accurate records via databases of all incoming and outgoing titles and documents

External and Internal Customer Engagement (10%)

Ensure that lender specific criteria is documented and maintained as it relates to title handling and salvage handling procedures

Communicating with all necessary customers and stakeholders to keep them informed of the process and answer questions, and leverage expertise and problem-solving skills to drive quality outcomes for clients and business line.

Key Responsibility #4: Vendor Management(15%)

Work with vendor to ensure timely processing of titles where they're able to provide more efficient customer service

Review, approve billing per title

Hold vendors accountable when turn around time or communication is not sufficient

Qualifications (Education, Experience, Certifications & KSA):

  • High School Diploma or GED required
  • 1 -2 years related experience
