Job description

Are you passionate about building connected experiences across Amazon's device portfolio. The Alexa Connected Experiences team is looking for a Senior Product Manager to drive the device constellation strategy, making Ring, Blink, Alexa, Fire TV, Tablets, and eero devices work better together. This is your opportunity to define how Amazon devices recognize each other, share capabilities, and deliver more value together than alone.

You will work backwards from the customer to build products they love.
You own the customer experience for constellation integrations across Amazon devices, balancing privacy, consent, and cross-app and cross-surface complexity. You establish direct customer feedback loops and validate assumptions through research.
You define what to build, why it matters, and how to ship it. You own product definition from concept through launch, writing requirements, aligning teams, and driving execution across organizations.
You operate with high autonomy in ambiguous environments where strategy may not yet be defined

You take the lead on initiatives, deliver independently, and influence organizational priorities through well-crafted narratives and data-backed recommendations that earn trust with senior leadership.
You use data to drive decisions, defining KPIs that distinguish between output metrics (adoption, enrollment) and outcome metrics (engagement, retention, subscription conversion). You design experiments and analyze results with rigor.
You collaborate with other product managers, sharing frameworks and raising the bar for the PM community. You communicate with precision, tailoring your message whether presenting to SVPs or aligning partners across organizations.
You leverage AI tools and generative AI to accelerate prototyping, research synthesis, and product development, moving from concept to testable artifact faster than traditional methods allow
Key job responsibilities
Own the product roadmap for device constellation experiences across Echo, Ring, Fire TV, eero, Blink, and Tablets, delivering integrated value that no single device can provide alone.
Define user needs through customer research, beta programs, and support interaction analysis to identify gaps and opportunities.
Communicate product vision and strategy through compelling narratives (PRFAQs, six-pagers) that align senior leadership and cross-functional partners.
Drive cross-organizational alignment across 10+ teams and multiple product lines, each with their own roadmap priorities.
Develop crisp business requirements and user stories that translate into product specifications and architecture.
Own the end-to-end customer experience for constellation integrations, balancing simplicity, privacy, and technical feasibility across multiple apps and device surfaces.
Navigate complex privacy and consent considerations in cross-device data sharing, partnering with legal to define frameworks that protect customer trust.
Work closely with engineering teams across multiple organizations, demonstrating sufficient technical depth to evaluate architectural proposals and identify integration risks.
Manage prioritization and trade-offs using data-driven frameworks and experimentation to validate decisions.
Track launches end-to-end from experience review through beta testing to customer launch.
Proactively identify and resolve strategic issues across partner organizations with competing priorities.
A day in the life
As a Senior Product Manager on the Connected Home team, you will define how Amazon's devices work together

Your work spans multiple product lines and organizations, requiring you to build consensus across teams that don't report to you and ship experiences that live across multiple apps and surfaces. This role is equal parts strategic vision, cross-org influence, and product delivery. You will need to thrive and deliver results in a highly ambiguous, fast-paced environment where the opportunity is clear but the playbook doesn't exist yet.
The ideal candidate combines strong product judgment with exceptional cross-organizational influence

You are comfortable operating across Ring, Alexa, Fire TV, and other device organizations simultaneously, understanding each team's priorities while driving toward shared outcomes. You bring genuine technical curiosity about APIs, video streaming architectures, device identity systems, and privacy frameworks. You regularly engage directly with customers to ground your intuition in real user needs.
You will work closely with partners across Ring, Blink, Alexa, Fire TV, eero, Tablet, Alexa Hardware, Marketing, Legal, and Finance to deliver constellation experiences that make Amazon devices more valuable together
