As an HVAC Dispatcher, your role revolves around providing excellent customer service, efficiently dispatching technicians, and maintaining accurate records. You're an important part of our office, ensuring techs show up to jobs on time and perform quality work. Throughout the day, you dispatch techs, provide job details and locations, and ensure seamless service.

You also talk to customers to schedule service calls and maintenance appointments, answer questions, generate quotes, and make additional sales when appropriate. When the job's done, you follow up with the customer to ensure satisfaction and to resolve any issues they have. You adjust schedules as needed for emergencies, complete accurate job and customer records, and perform data entry.

  • Excellent communication and interpersonal skills

  • Proficiency with scheduling software or an ability to learn
  • Ability to multitask and manage time effectively in a fast-paced environment
