Work Environment

Key Responsibilities
  • Conduct thorough evaluations of patients by reviewing their medical history and performing specialized assessments to develop individualized treatment plans.
  • Clearly communicate evaluation findings and treatment strategies to patients and their families, ensuring their involvement in goal-setting and treatment decisions.
  • Implement evidence-based treatment protocols tailored to individual patient assessments and care needs, adapting to changes in the patient’s condition and the evolving healthcare landscape.
  • Collaborate with other healthcare professionals to enhance care, recognizing when to modify treatment plans or seek additional medical consultations.
  • Ensure thorough documentation and accurate coding of patient care activities, maintaining a record that captures the patient's journey from initial evaluation to discharge.
