• Conduct comprehensive psychosocial assessments to identify clients' needs, mental health issues, and strengths, ensuring individualized support and effective treatment.
• Deliver evidence-based therapeutic interventions including individual, family, and group therapy tailored to the unique needs of clients facing substance use and co-occurring mental health conditions.
• Develop, implement, and regularly evaluate personalized treatment plans in collaboration with clients and alongside an interdisciplinary treatment team.
• Facilitate crisis intervention sessions and develop safety plans, providing immediate support and risk assessment to ensure client safety.
• Maintain thorough and compliant documentation of client progress and treatment plans in adherence to ethical and legal standards in mental health care.
• Participate in team meetings and case reviews, collaborating with psychiatrists, psychologists, and other professionals to facilitate cohesive client-centered care.
• Lead engaging group therapy sessions and psychoeducation classes that empower clients with skills and knowledge to aid in recovery.

Your primary focus will be on adults seeking detoxification support and those dealing with the complexities of substance use disorders, often compounded by other mental health challenges such as anxiety, depression, and trauma. • A Master's degree in Social Work from an accredited program is required.
• Active state licensure as a Licensed Independent Clinical Social Worker (LICSW) is essential.
• A minimum of two years of relevant experience in a mental health or outpatient setting, specifically working with clients in recovery or detox environments.
• Extensive knowledge of evidence-based therapeutic approaches and modalities related to substance use disorders and mental health treatment.
• Strong interpersonal skills and the ability to communicate effectively with clients, families, and professional colleagues.

• Experience working within a detox center or a similar treatment setting.
• Familiarity with trauma-informed care practices and how they can be integrated into therapeutic interventions.
• Proficiency in using electronic health record (EHR) systems to maintain accurate documentation and track client progress.
