• Conduct ethical and compassionate mental health counseling sessions via video conferencing platforms, building rapport and trust with each client.
• Implement solution-focused treatment modalities tailored to individual client needs, ensuring that each session is productive and supportive.
• Develop, assess, and modify personalized treatment plans aimed at improving the mental well-being of clients.
• Facilitate discussions that aid clients in gaining insights into their thoughts, emotions, and relationships while providing encouragement.
• Monitor treatment progress by regularly reviewing client feedback and adapting strategies to enhance their coping mechanisms for life challenges.

You will primarily work with stable, low-acuity adults who may present with diverse mental health challenges. By utilizing your expertise, you will assist clients in developing skills that not only address immediate concerns but also promote long-term personal growth and emotional resilience. Your work is vital to reducing the stigma around mental health while promoting healthier lifestyles.

• A minimum of a Master’s degree in Social Work, Marriage and Family Therapy, Mental Health Counseling, or Psychology.
• Must possess a valid, unrestricted license for independent practice as one of the following: Licensed Marriage and Family Therapist (LMFT), Licensed Professional Counselor (LPC), or Licensed Clinical Social Worker (LCSW).
• No provisional or limited licenses will be accepted; candidates should have no history of disciplinary action that could impact practice.
• Exceptional interpersonal skills to foster meaningful connections with clients; a sympathetic nature is essential.
• Proficient in using technology with a strong computer literacy to navigate our online therapy platform easily.

Ideal candidates will have previous experience in providing telehealth services or working within an outpatient office setting. Familiarity with solution-focused therapy and an understanding of a wide range of mental health issues will enhance your effectiveness in this role.

The compensation for this role ranges from USD 90,000 to USD 104,000 annually, reflective of your working hours and experience. We also offer a sign-on bonus, along with a monthly healthcare stipend for full-time counselors.
