Role Summary:

At Layne’s, we set the bar high—and keep raising it. Our Shift Managers lead by example, coach in the moment, and

bring energy and fun to every shift. Your mission: deliver hot food fast, provide exceptional guest service, and help create

a “Perfect Every Time” experience.

Key Responsibilities:

 Lead and support team members during shifts

 Be proficient in all hourly roles and POS functions

 Manage labor and maintain operational awareness

 Ensure cleanliness and food safety standards are met

 Use checklists and tools to run a smooth, consistent shift

 Handle guest interactions with positivity and professionalism

 Complete shift paperwork and hold the team accountable

 Promote a fun, team-first culture

Required Qualifications:

 18+ years old

 Reliable transportation

 Strong leadership and communication skills

 Organized, adaptable, and team-oriented

 Positive attitude and pride in delivering excellence

 Ability to coach and teach others

Preferred Qualifications:

 1+ year of fast-food or shift leadership experience

 High school diploma or equivalent
