Yates-Astro Termite & Pest Control is looking for an experienced Supervisor to help lead our branch located in Richmond Hill, GA! Management experience is plus; pest control industry management experience is a plus!

What Does a Pest Control Supervisor Do?

  • Manages branch service team. Reinforces service standards by conducting quality control training and inspections.
  • Directs day-to-day activities within the branch to ensure top line growth.
  • Participates in recruitment, interviewing, hiring, and training staff as appropriate.
  • Operates within company and business unit policies and procedures; creates an environment that motivates associates to be successful.
  • Participates in manager meetings and training programs
  • Monitors regulatory compliance with state and federal agencies
