Position Summary
The Multisite Manager works two homes (Bloomington and Burnsville) that house up to 5 residents at each home. Duties include maintaining positive relationships with residents, their families, internal staff and the larger community while carrying out their daily duties involving: managing staff, overseeing activity programs and ensuring high quality care of residents. The work hours of a Multisite Manager are determined by the needs of the individuals supported. A Multisite Manager must be flexible in responding to these needs. Multisite Managers are expected to assure all direct service shifts in their programs are filled by staff who have met Assured Care requirements of employment and have been adequately oriented and trained to perform their jobs. Multisite Managers may also be expected to participate in on-call responsibilities and must be able to respond to calls that occur outside of the working hours. The Multisite Manager is expected to be accessible to consumers, families, and staff.
Essential Duties and Responsibilities
The essential functions include, but are not limited to the following:
  • Implements, reviews and enforces facility policies and procedures to ensure the safety of residents
  • Performs managerial duties including, but not limited to: interviewing, hiring, training, performance management and disciplinary action as needed in coordination with RN Administrator
  • Coordinates outcomes and support plans with RN Administrator
  • Monitor, coordinate and assure all services to the individuals are delivered, communicated and coordinated on a daily basis.
  • Medication reminders, assistance or administration as delegated by RN Administrator.
  • Provide direct supervision and oversight of all staff.
  • Assist with treatments as delegated the Register Nurse according to the client's individualized care plan or with therapy tasks as assigned by a licensed health professional.
  • Observe client and report to the LPN or RN changes in the client's physical and emotional condition, such as change in attitude, appearance, loss of appetite, weight, etc.
  • Plans, creates, prints, and posts menus/meal plans
  • Monitor and assure that daily health care and nutritional needs are met. Assure the coordination and communication of changes in services, hospitalizations and other issues.
  • Schedules onsite and offsite appointments and transportation for clients as needed Monitor and manage the cleanliness, organization and upkeep of the home.

  • Assure compliance with emergency procedure requirements.
  • Promote a positive cooperative relationship with team members, vendors,neighbors, law enforcement and emergency personnel.
  • Attend required in-service training-at least 8 hours for every 12 months of employment as well as staff meetings and other agency events.
  • Assist the client with personal cares as identified in the assignment sheet/client care plan. Manages staff feedback and recommendations. Maintains organized and thorough documentation including all pertinent client information and documents; ensures that staff adheres to documentation policies and procedures with RN Administrator.
  • Assures follow-through of a quality social/activities program for the residents.
  • Conducts monthly meetings with residents and staff Investigates and reports incidents of suspected client maltreatment (abuse, neglect or financial exploitation) and reports these findings to appropriate county officials, in coordination with the RN Administrator
  • Performs other duties as assigned
