Professionals in Assurance roles often encounter challenges such as managing tight deadlines during audit seasons, adapting to frequent changes in accounting standards, and maintaining independence while building client relationships. Supportive teamwork and leveraging technology also play key roles in overcoming these challenges and ensuring high-quality assurance services.
