Job description

The temporary employee will lead the revamp of the department's intranet policy page, including updates to PowerDMS training modules and the development of new training materials to support understanding of policy and SOP processes. They will redesign the intranet to centralize all policy-related content, enabling self-guided learning and quick access to information, improving staff autonomy and retention.

This role includes converting policy and SOPs from static documents to a dynamic, link-based format for easier updates and streamlined access. They will fix broken hyperlinks and maintain intranet and public internet pages, ensuring accuracy and compliance through regular updates.

Additional duties include supporting public hearings by preparing materials, distributing notices, transcribing minutes, and posting documents online. The employee will assist with data entry, tracking policy audit metrics, and supporting the annual review process by managing deadlines and coordinating with subject matter experts.

The position also provides general administrative support to the Policy and Auditing Unit, ACA Unit, and the Staff Wellness Committee, including scheduling, ordering, filing, and other related tasks.
