Position Overview

We are seeking a Logistics Customer Service Agent to join our team in an office-based role. The ideal candidate will have 3+ years of experience in logistics, freight coordination, and customer service and be bilingual (English/Spanish). This position requires strong organizational and communication skills, attention to detail, and the ability to monitor shipments, and customer inquiries while providing accurate freight quotes.

Key Responsibilities:

  • Logistics coordination – Quote in-land and international shipments, track shipments, communicate with carriers.
  • Customer service – Assist customers with shipment inquiries, tracking, and problem resolution in a professional manner.
  • Cross-team collaboration – Work closely with warehouse, billing, and operations teams to ensure smooth logistics processes.
  • Bilingual communication – Professionally engage with internal teams and customers in both English and Spanish.
  • Problem-solving – Troubleshoot shipment issues, optimizing supply chain efficiency.

Qualifications:

  • 3+ years of experience in logistics, freight coordination, and customer service.
  • Familiar with SED, Bill of Lading, Airway Bill, in-lands, international and national freight
  • Bilingual (English/Spanish) – Required.
  • Associate’s degree in a related field OR 3 years of equivalent experience in logistics.
  • Strong computer skills, including proficiency with inventory management software and Microsoft Excel or Magaya.
  • Excellent attention to detail and ability to multitask efficiently.
  • Strong follow-through and problem-solving abilities in a fast-paced environment.
