PRIMARY DUTIES amp; RESPONSIBILITIES:
  • Prepares/records accounts receivable, accounts payable, and other cash transactions.
  • Reconciles bank accounts.
  • Monitors cash, prepares cash reports.
  • Assists with payroll.
  • Calculates finance charges, commissions, bonuses, etc.
  • Tracks fixed assets.
  • Prepares month end customer statements.
  • Prepares sales tax returns and CAT.
  • Assists CAAS team with preparation of client financial statements.
  • Utilizes bill.com to process significant amounts of accounts payable work for clients
  • Special client projects to assist CAAS Controller.
EDUCATION REQUIREMENT:
Associates Degree in Accounting or 2+ years of related accounting experience.
