What You'll Do

As an Accounting Associate, you'll support our Finance team by:

  • Preparing routine journal entries and assisting with monthly financial reporting
  • Performing balance sheet reconciliations and resolving discrepancies
  • Supporting month-end close activities and recurring accounting tasks
  • Assisting with internal and external audit and tax documentation requests
  • Coding invoices and maintaining general ledger accuracy
  • Updating accounting records, commission/KPI files, and financial master data
  • Reviewing service accounts, leases, and contracts for updates
  • Supporting a variety of administrative and accounting projects as needed

What You Bring
