At Midas, we are dedicated to providing quality services to customer vehicles in the areas of inspection, diagnosis, and repair utilizing the expertise attained through ASE Certifications and/or years of automotive repair experience.
Responsibilities
The purpose of this position is to enhance the retail sales and profitability of a store through coordinating and scheduling automotive repair service transactions and responding to related customer service issues.
  • Develop and present estimates, source parts and sell jobs to customers
  • Interpret inspection results (working with Technician) and present results to customers
  • Oversee the processes of work order preparation and scheduling
  • Respond to customer service concerns and problems
  • Act in a store management capacity as needed on day-to-day operational activities
  • Enhance the effectiveness of Human Resources and quality of service through providing training to service providers
  • Monitors and control facility and asset utilization
  • Enforce compliance with environmental and safety regulations and statutes
Qualifications
  • Associate Degree or Equivalent
  • At least 1-year related experience in the automotive service business
  • ASE certifications as required
  • Current and valid driver’s license
  • Supervisory and management skills
  • Service diagnosis and technical skills
  • Business mathematical aptitude
  • Ability to work a flexible schedule including weekends, evenings, and holidays
