Job description

  • Ensure all associates are trained on work instructions and assigned tasks accordingly.
  • Ensure no weld downtime
  • Communicate part shortages with production control and stamping
  • Ensure associates work in an effective and efficient manner.
  • Able to perform all associate duties as need
  • Address all safety issues/violations accordingly
  • Respond quickly and effectively when problems arise, seek guidance from Coordinator or Manager when needed.
  • Ensure all associates follow FIFO
  • Oversee delivery/put away as necessary during sort/containment activities
  • Ensure 5S duties are completed by all associated daily
  • Follow all policy and procedures
  • All other duties as assigned.
