Job Title: WelderJob Description

This role focuses on producing high-quality welded components by following established routings, performing detailed inspections, and maintaining welding equipment. You will work with MIG and TIG processes, primarily on stainless steel, to ensure all manufactured parts meet precise blueprint specifications and tolerances.

Responsibilities
  • Follow established routings and procedures and accurately complete all associated production paperwork.
  • Perform inspections of all welded manufactured parts to ensure they meet blueprint specifications, dimensional tolerances, and quality standards.
  • Adjust welding setups and parameters as needed to achieve proper fit, finish, and compliance with engineering requirements.
  • Locate and position various assemblies and components correctly to produce consistent, high-quality welded products.
  • Set, monitor, and maintain proper weld temperatures to ensure strong, reliable welds and prevent defects.
  • Maintain weld guns and wire feeders in good working condition, including routine cleaning, minor adjustments, and basic troubleshooting.
  • Work safely in a warehouse environment, following all safety guidelines and using appropriate tools and equipment.
  • Collaborate with team members and supervisors to meet production schedules and quality goals.
Essential Skills
  • Ability to pass a MIG weld test on stainless steel.
  • Basic MIG welding skills with the ability to produce sound, consistent welds.
  • Understanding of welding inspection practices and ability to verify parts against blueprints and tolerances.
  • Ability to set and maintain proper weld temperatures and adjust welding parameters as needed.
  • Capability to locate and assemble components accurately according to work instructions and routings.

Pay and Benefits
