Job description

We are currently seeking an experienced Driller to support our environmental and geotechnical drilling programs in Rochester, New York. This full-time position requires experience with soil sampling, installation of various size groundwater monitoring and recovery wells, rock coring, air & mud rotary and geotechnical drilling. Additional responsibilities include routine maintenance and minor mechanical repairs of equipment.
Duties
• A minimum of 5 years of experience as lead driller on truck or track-mounted rotary drill rig
• Commercial Driver License (CDL) with clean driving record
• 40-hour HAZWOPER training required
Requirements
• OSHA 10-hour or 30-hour construction safety training are preferred but not required
• Ability to weld a plus
• Experience with operation of heavy equipment (e.g., excavator, bulldozer, etc.) a plus
Salary Range: $30.00 - $40.00
