Job description

Adecco is hiring Welders for a growing manufacturing team. If you have MIG welding experience and take pride in producing quality work, we want to hear from you!Shift & Pay

B Shift: Monday–Thursday, 3:00 PM – 1:00 AM

Pay is based on relevant welding experience:

  • $20.84/hr - 26.61/hr

Overtime opportunities available, including hours worked outside of your scheduled shift and additional OT shifts on Fridays and Saturdays.

What You'll Do
  • Perform MIG welding and grinding on production parts

  • Inspect finished products to ensure quality standards are met

  • Read and follow work instructions and specifications

  • Operate welding equipment and related tools safely

  • Complete routine equipment maintenance and cleaning

  • Move materials and parts throughout the production process

  • Maintain a clean and safe work area

What We're Looking For
  • High School Diploma or GED required

  • Previous MIG welding experience or vocational welding training required

  • Robotic welding experience is a plus

  • Ability to stand for extended periods and work in a manufacturing environment

  • Strong attention to detail and commitment to quality
