Kelly is Now Hiring: Warehouse  Associates – Weekend Shift

Location: La Vergne, TN
Pay Rate: $17.50 per hour
Schedule: Friday-Sunday | 4:45am – 5:15pm

We are currently seeking dependable and motivate Warehouse Associates to join our distribution team. In this role, you will help ensure customer orders are accurately picked, packed, and prepared for shipment in a timely manner.

Job Responsibilities:

  • Pick, pack, and prepare customer orders for shipment

  • Verify order accuracy and maintain productivity standards

  • Stock incoming merchandise and organize inventory

  • Follow all safety policies, procedures, and quality standards

  • Communicate production or workflow issues to supervisors

  • Maintain a clean and organized work area

  • Assist with monitoring and replenishing packing supplies as needed

  • Follow departmental procedures and report opportunities for improvement

Requirements:

  • Reliable transportation

  • Previous warehouse, distribution center, or fulfillment experience preferred, but not required

  • Ability to stand and walk for extended periods (10+ hours)

  • Ability to lift up to 50 lbs.

  • Ability to work in a fast-paced environment
