8-9 years of Salesforce development experience, with at least 3+ years in a technical lead role.

Hands-on experience with Salesforce Financial Services Cloud (FSC), including its data model (Household, Financial Account, Financial Goal, Financial Holding), Action Plans, and industry-specific business processes for banking, wealth management, and insurance clients.

Strong hands-on experience with Apex, LWC, Flows, Visualforce, SOQL/SOSL, and Salesforce APIs.

This role involves a mix of hands-on development, technical leadership, and mentoring of junior developers.

Good Experience in Salesforce integration with external systems.

Strong understanding of Salesforce architecture, best practices, and design patterns.

Effective communication skills and the ability to collaborate with both technical and non-technical stakeholders.

Experience in managing and leading teams in a fast-paced, high-demand environment.

Knowledge on Agent force and Data Cloud.

Solid understanding of Salesforce architecture, data model, and security model.

Experience with Agile/Scrum methodologies.

Responsibilities:

Lead design and configuration of Financial Services Cloud (FSC) capabilities, including Household and Client relationship models, Financial Accounts, Financial Goals, and Action Plans, for financial services clients.

Lead the design, development, and deployment of scalable Salesforce solutions using Apex, Visualforce, Lightning Web Components (LWC), and Flows.

Provide technical leadership to a team of Salesforce developers, ensuring adherence to coding best practices and project standards.

Collaborate with business analysts, architects, and product owners to translate business requirements into functional and technical solutions.

Review code, provide mentorship, and enforce coding and architectural standards across the development team.

Drive development across Salesforce clouds like Sales Cloud, Service Cloud, and Experience Cloud, leveraging out-of-the-box features where appropriate. Guide team members in developing Lightning pages, Dynamic Forms, and building automated flows.

Manage and troubleshoot integrations with external systems via REST/SOAP APIs, middleware tools, and native Salesforce integration tools.

Participate and contribute in and drive Agile ceremonies such as sprint planning, reviews, and retrospectives.

Stay updated with Salesforce releases and features and recommend adoption strategies to enhance system capabilities.

Act as a point of contact for offshore/onshore coordination and stakeholder communication.

Ensure quality assurance through test coverage, unit testing, and continuous integration practices.

Key Role Requirement:

Strong understanding of Financial Services Cloud (FSC)-specific security model, record types, and compliance considerations for banking, wealth, and insurance industry clients.

Strong Salesforce development experience including Apex, Visualforce, LWC, and Salesforce Flows.

Proven history in leading Salesforce development teams and delivering Salesforce projects.

Hands-on experience with trigger frameworks, integration patterns, and deployment strategies (CI/CD).

Strong understanding of Salesforce data models, sharing rules, security models, and governor limits.

Experience with DevOps tools for Salesforce like Copado, Gearset, or similar is a plus.

Collaborate with cross-functional teams to identify and resolve technical challenges.

Ability to collaborate with teams and communicate technical solutions to non-technical stakeholders.

Knowledge of Data Cloud and Agent Force is desirable.

Monitor the performance of Salesforce solutions and implement optimizations as needed.

Lead troubleshooting and debugging efforts for complex Salesforce-related issues.
