Job Description:-Salesforce Developer - Agentforce (Salesforce AI-driven solutions and automation) - Alpharetta, GA

Job Summary

We are seeking a skilled Salesforce Developer with strong expertise in the Salesforce platform and hands-on experience with Agentforce (Salesforce AI-driven solutions and automation). The candidate will be responsible for building scalable CRM solutions, leveraging AI capabilities, and enhancing customer and agent experiences through intelligent automation.

Key Responsibilities

Design, develop, and implement solutions on Salesforce (Sales Cloud, Service Cloud, Experience Cloud)

Build and optimize Agentforce AI solutions, including virtual agents, automation flows, and intelligent service processes.

Develop custom components using (Apex, Triggers, SOQL/SOSL, Lightning Web Components (LWC) / Aura)

Configure and manage Flows, Process Builder, and workflow automation

Integrate Salesforce with external systems via REST/SOAP APIs

Leverage Einstein AI / Agentforce capabilities to improve business processes and customer engagement

Collaborate with stakeholders to gather requirements and deliver scalable solutions

Perform code reviews, troubleshoot issues, and optimize performance

Ensure adherence to Salesforce best practices, governance, and security standards

Required Skills & Experience

Overall 5+ years of Salesforce development experience.

Strong hands-on experience in Apex, LWC, Visualforce & Salesforce Flows & automation tools

Proven experience with Agentforce / Salesforce AI / Einstein AI

Experience working with Service Cloud (case management, omni-channel, automation)

Strong understanding of data modeling, sharing rules, and security architecture

Experience in Salesforce integrations

Familiarity with version control and CI/CD tools (Copado, Gearset, etc.)
