Associate Technical Architect, Clarivate Analytics (US) LLC, Ann Arbor, MI

Duties: Architect, design, and implement financial applications, including large-scale enterprise solutions based on the Oracle ERP platform, aligned with Clarivate's business needs in Service Contracts, Order Management, eCommerce, Inventory, Accounts Receivables, Accounts Payables, Integrations and Reporting. Provide technical leadership on medium-scale projects, resolving complex issues, performing analysis, proposing technical solutions, and defining strategies for the long-term success of the Financial ERP platform and associated business applications. Analyze complex business and technical requirements, develop technical architecture documents, and collaborate with engineering teams to review solution architecture and high-level implementation options. Propose, develop, review, and refine process improvements; review architecture designs as needed to ensure continuous development of high-quality Financial ERP platforms and business applications. Deliver solutions to complex business challenges within the assigned Financial ERP platform and applications. Provide technical guidance and mentorship to team members. Stay current with emerging technologies and recommend technical advancements to improve the ERP platform and applications. Define long-term strategies for the ERP platform and related business applications to ensure alignment with organizational goals while collaborating effectively with stakeholders and technical teams. Support the adoption and implementation of Agile and Scrum methodologies. No Hire / Fire authority.

Requirements: Bachelor's degree in Computer Science, Computer Engineering, Information Technology, Management Information Systems, or a related field plus a minimum of 7 years of hands-on ERP experience in implementation, customization, integration, and architecture. Must have 5 years with Oracle ERP and financial business applications. Must have 3 years of technical leadership experience on medium-scale ERP projects, including technical analysis, architecture, and solution design. Must have experience with Oracle ERP tools and technologies, including back-end development (PL/SQL and Java) and front-end development (HTML, CSS, and JavaScript). Must have experience designing and architecting enterprise solutions in Oracle E-Business Suite (EBS). Must have experience with Oracle Database, APIs, web services including SOAP and REST APIs. Must have experience in system integrations using REST APIs and automation platforms, including Power Automate and IDEs Including JDeveloper, Eclipse, and SQL Developer. Must have experience integrating EBS with other systems Including eCommerce and CRM, using APIs, middleware, or ETL tools. Must have experience developing custom interfaces and extensions using PL/SQL, Java, HTML, CSS, and JavaScript. Must have experience with Jira, Confluence, Git, and SVN. Must have experience with at least 5 of the following Oracle ERP modules Including Order Management, Service Contracts, iStore, Inventory, Accounts Receivables, Accounts Payables, and Cash Management. Must have experience with Visio, Lucidchart, or similar enterprise diagramming tools for technical documentation. Experience working with Agile and Scrum frameworks. Must have experience evaluating new tools, frameworks, or design approaches. Must have good communication skills in English. Occasional regional travel expected less than 5% of the time. Telecommuting is permitted within the standard commuting distance from the Employer's Ann Arbor, MI office.
