Job description

Connect Staffing is hiring a Warehouse Associate for a vinyl films and graphics materials distribution center in Goodlettsville, TN. This is a temp-to-hire position paying $18/hr, Monday through Friday, 7:00 AM-4:00 PM. In this role, you will unload incoming shipments, put materials away, and load outbound orders in a small, close-knit distribution center. This is a great opportunity for someone who works well independently and wants a consistent daytime schedule.

Responsibilities
  • Unload incoming shipments and verify contents against delivery records.
  • Put away received materials in designated storage locations throughout the DC.
  • Load outbound orders accurately for customer shipments.
  • Operate a pallet jack to move product and materials throughout the facility.
  • Sweep, organize, and maintain a clean, orderly warehouse floor.
  • Work independently to complete daily tasks with minimal supervision.

Minimum Requirements
  • 3 months of experience in a warehouse, distribution center, or shipping and receiving role.

Preferred Qualifications
  • Experience in a distribution center handling bulk or large-format materials.
  • Familiarity with shipping and receiving processes including inbound and outbound freight.
  • Exposure to sign, graphics, vehicle wrap, or print materials industries.
  • Experience working in a small warehouse team with a high degree of individual responsibility.
  • Basic understanding of inventory organization and product put-away systems.
  • Experience operating a manual or electric pallet jack.

Pre-Employment Requirements
