About the role:

We are seeking a highly motivated and detail-oriented individual to join our team as a Risk Analyst. The ideal candidate will be responsible for identifying, evaluating, and managing risks that could impact the organization's financial, operational, and strategic objectives. The Risk Analyst will play a crucial role in developing and implementing risk management strategies to ensure the organization's long-term success.

Duties and Responsibilities:

  • Conduct vetting process for unsolicited and solicited payer registrations.
  • Conduct vetting process for unsolicited and solicited vendor registrations.
  • Manage deactivation list of payer and vendor accounts.
  • Investigate fraudulent and suspicious activity via PayCargo system.
  • Review and manage credit card disputes via Credit Card Processor (daily).
  • Review all ACH returns via Cass & TD bank (daily).
  • Manage transaction declines through Kount & Bluesnap (daily).
  • Conduct fraud assessments via PowerBi Cube (daily & weekly).
  • Review and analyze financial statements and documents.
  • Review and complete bank forms and documents.
  • Denounce and blacklist payer and vendor accounts.
  • Manage applications such as Dun & Bradstreet, CLEAR, GIACT, Chargeback 911, Bluesnap, Kount, Trulioo, Monday.com, Salesforce, and Sage.

Experience and Education:

  • Bachelor's Degree in Accounting, Finance, Business, or related field(s) preferred.
  • 2 - 3 years of experience working in ERM, ORM, or any relevant risk area.
  • Professional certifications in risk management or audit (e.g., ARM, CRMA, CIA) are a plus.
