Job Description
The User Experience Design Intern will support the digital marketing and product design teams in creating intuitive, engaging, and user-centered experiences across our digital platforms. This role offers hands-on experience in UX research, interaction design, and cross-functional collaboration, contributing directly to initiatives that improve usability, accessibility, and customer satisfaction. The intern will work closely with designers, developers, marketers, and analysts to translate user insights into actionable design solutions.
RESPONSIBILITIES:
  • Assist in designing web and mobile interfaces aligned with brand and accessibility standards.
  • Create wireframes, prototypes, and design documentation to communicate design intent.
  • Analyze user behavior using tools like Clarity, Firebase or Google Analytics.
  • Collaborate with cross-functional teams to ensure design feasibility and consistency.
  • Contribute to the development and maintenance of design systems and component libraries.
  • Support content strategy efforts by structuring content for clarity and engagement.
  • Advocate for inclusive design and accessibility best practices.
  • Present design concepts and research findings to stakeholders.

QUALIFICATIONS
  • Strong interest in user-centered design and digital experiences.
  • Familiarity with design tools such as Figma, Adobe XD, Sketch, or similar.
  • Basic understanding of UX research methods and usability principles.
  • Ability to communicate design ideas clearly and effectively.
