As a UX Designer, You Will

  • Design elegant, user-centered experiences by incorporating customer insights, business requirements, and technical constraints.
  • Create user flows, wireframes, prototypes, and high-fidelity mockups with detailed specifications.
  • Partner with product managers, engineers, and researchers to define requirements and validate solutions.
  • Conduct or coordinate user research, usability testing, and data analysis to inform design decisions.
  • Present design work to peers, stakeholders, and executive leadership for feedback and alignment.
  • Contribute to and drive standardization of design systems, visual languages, and reusable components.
  • Facilitate workshops and design reviews to build consensus and foster collaboration.

As an Applicant, You Bring

  • 2-10+ years of industry experience in UX, interaction design, or related fields (experience expectations vary by level).
  • Strong portfolio demonstrating end-to-end, user-centered design solutions across desktop and mobile.
  • Proficiency in modern design tools (Figma, Sketch, Photoshop, Illustrator, Axure).
  • Bachelorโ€™s degree in Design, HCI, or equivalent professional experience.
  • Experience with rapid prototyping and iterative design processes.

Compensation

Pay Range:ย $45.00 - $95.00 (Hourly)ย ย ย ย 

The successful candidateโ€™s pay will be based on various factors such as individual qualifications and work location.ย ย 

Benefits:
