Seeking an experienced UI Developer to build innovative interfaces for a high-profile motor vehicle enterprise software application. We will look to this person to work with .NET developers to choose and institute a front-end framework, set coding and compliance standards, and maintain them in a living style guide. This is an exciting key technical role on highly collaborative team working to revolutionize the Motor Vehicle industry.
Minimum of 4 years of experience with front-end development for web-based applications
Portfolio of work required, including source code we can look at
Proficient in HTML5, CSS, JavaScript, and jQuery
Experience with CSS Preprocessors (LESS or SASS)
Self-starter, problem-solver, and effective communicator
Experience developing in an Agile environment
Experience using Visual Studio a plus
Experience with UI design a plus
Fundamental understanding of:
Methods to ensure browser & device compatibility
Methods for degrading gracefully for older browsers and displays
Methods to ensure accessibility
Methods to optimize speed
