We are seeking a dedicated and passionate Full-Time Physical Therapist to join our dynamic team at Upstream Physical Medicine and Chiropractic Practice in Alexandria, Virginia. In this role, you will be responsible for evaluating, planning, and executing individualized treatment plans for patients, all while utilizing evidence-based methodologies to achieve optimal patient outcomes.

Key Responsibilities

In this role, you will:

Qualifications

To qualify for this position, you must:

  • Hold a Bachelor's degree in Physical Therapy from an APTA or CAPTE-approved program.
  • Possess a current State License in Physical Therapy.
  • Have Basic Life Support certification from the American Heart Association.
  • Exhibit strong written and verbal communication skills, along with proficiency in word processing and computer applications.
  • Demonstrate an ability to build rapport with patients, empowering them to exceed their functional and rehabilitation goals.
  • Show enthusiasm for connecting with individuals and fostering relationships within the community.
Preferred Experience

While fresh graduates are welcome, previous experience working in a clinical setting is preferred. Experience with evidence-based practices, outcome assessment tools, and patient management software will be advantageous.
