Key Responsibilities

In this role, you will:

• Conduct comprehensive evaluations to assess patient needs and develop tailored treatment plans based on physician referrals.
• Implement a variety of therapeutic interventions, leveraging techniques specific to orthopedic, pediatric, neurologic, and sports medicine disciplines.
• Provide expert education and training to patients and their caregivers, ensuring they understand treatment protocols and self-management techniques.
• Collaborate with interdisciplinary teams to enhance patient care and outcomes, contributing to the overall success of rehabilitation efforts.
• Adhere to practice standards by demonstrating superior customer service and engaging in continuous professional development.

Qualifications

To qualify for this position, you must:

• Hold a Bachelor's degree in Physical Therapy from an APTA or CAPTE-approved program.
• Possess a current State License in Physical Therapy.
• Have Basic Life Support certification from the American Heart Association.
• Exhibit strong written and verbal communication skills, along with proficiency in word processing and computer applications.
• Demonstrate an ability to build rapport with patients, empowering them to exceed their functional and rehabilitation goals.
• Show enthusiasm for connecting with individuals and fostering relationships within the community.

Preferred Experience

While fresh graduates are welcome, previous experience working in a clinical setting is preferred. Experience with evidence-based practices, outcome assessment tools, and patient management software will be advantageous.
