YourCause is looking for a Senior UI / UX Designer who values simple, beautiful design and intuitive interfaces. The ideal candidate will have 3-5 years of relevant experience designing in a SAAS environment. You'll be working closely with our Design, Engineering, and Product teams to maintain design consistency as our products develop.
Your Responsibilities will Include
Developing engaging interactions and visual designs
Creating design specifications, process flows, wireframes, and mock-ups
Contributing to our company culture


Technical Skills and Experience
Advanced skills in Sketch and Adobe Creative Suite (Photoshop, Illustrator)
Deep knowledge of user experience design for mobile and web
HTML / CSS experience is a plus
Experience with prototyping tools such as inVision also a plus

Qualifications

Must Haves
Portfolio demonstrating UX process and design creation
Empathy for users, self-driven and a passion for UX
Experience with design tools and flexibility to learn new ones
Excellent visual, verbal and written communication skills;
The ability to explain rationale behind your strategy and decision
