Job description

Gradient Systematics is seeking an Associate Data Analyst for its offices in Dallas, TX.

Job Description
  • Collect and analyze data related to transportation systems, including traffic flow, vehicle counts, and road infrastructure.
  • Create visualizations and presentations to communicate findings and insights to stakeholders.
  • Develop and maintain databases and data management systems to ensure accurate and timely data collection and analysis.
  • Conduct research on transportation trends, best practices, and emerging technologies to inform decision‑making and project design.
  • Support the development of transportation planning and engineering projects by providing data‑driven insights and recommendations.
  • Collaborate with cross‑functional teams, including engineers, planners, and project managers, to ensure that data‑driven approaches are integrated into project design and implementation.
  • Perform data quality assurance and data validation activities to ensure that data used in analysis is accurate and reliable.
Job Requirements

Master's degree or foreign equivalent* in Business Analytics or a closely related field and demonstrated knowledge** of: data science and data engineering, data visualization (Tableau), AI, and Azure.

*Will accept educational equivalency evaluation prepared by a qualified evaluation service.

**Knowledge may be demonstrated through education, training, and/or hands‑on experience.
