Position Overview
Swick is seeking a dependable, self-motivated individual with a positive attitude to join our expanding HVAC team as a Warehouse Associate. In this role, the Warehouse Associate will support our installation team by managing job staging, coordinating parts deliveries, and building sheet metal transitions while contributing to our commitment to quality and customer satisfaction. This is a great entry-level opportunity for someone looking to start a career in the HVAC/trades industry—no prior experience required. We’re willing to train the right candidate who demonstrates a strong work ethic and a desire to learn and grow.
Key Responsibilities
  • Stage materials and equipment for upcoming installation jobs
  • Organize and manage job components to ensure crews are fully prepared
  • Coordinate and assist with parts deliveries and pickups
  • Build and fabricate basic sheet metal transitions and fittings
  • Maintain a clean, organized shop and staging area
  • Communicate with install crews and management to support job readiness
  • Assist with inventory tracking and material handling as needed
Qualifications
  • No experience required—training will be provided
  • Strong attention to detail and organization skills
  • Willingness to learn and take direction
  • Ability to work in a fast-paced, team-oriented environment
