We are seeking reliable and motivated individuals to join our team as a Cable & Harness Assembly Tester. This position is ideal for candidates looking to start a career in manufacturing and assembly. No prior experience is required; we provide on-the-job training to help you succeed.
The Cable & Harness Assembly Tester is responsible for assembling, inspecting, and testing wires, cables, wire harnesses, and box builds according to company standards and work instructions.

Essential Duties and Responsibilities
  • Assemble wires, cables, wire harnesses, and box builds using various tools and equipment.
  • Verify production kits and materials as they arrive on the work floor.
  • Follow work instructions and assembly procedures accurately.
  • Perform testing and quality checks on wires, cables, harnesses, and box builds.
  • Complete parts requisition forms as needed.
  • Learn and follow IPC-620 workmanship requirements.
  • Maintain a clean, organized, and safe work environment.
  • Assist with additional duties as assigned by management.
